San Diego Comic Con

So, Com.X are going to San Diego Comic Con this year… And so are we! Kinda…

OK, so we won’t physically be there, but our first proper, hold in your hand promo material will be! The Com.X guys will be at booth #1035 with some of our postcards, ready and waiting to be snapped up – postcards that look a little like this:

This whole thing is delayed gratification for us, considering our first promos were meant to be at the 2010 Bristol International Comic Expo (and we all know what happened there), but actually getting to have something to raise awareness of the book at the biggest comic con in the world is… Well, it’s a bit mind-blowing, really – and one hell of a milestone to acknowledge all the hard work we’ve poured into Babble so far.

Com.X will be at booth #1035, along with a good pile of these cards, ready and waiting to be snatched up when you’re passing by or stopping off to grab your copies of Seeds and BlueSpear! The guys will also have a whole host of other goodies, including these:

So run up and ask them for a card or a badge or a book, and maybe even ask them about Babble, if you want to.

If you’re not going to be at SDCC this year, those same cards should be accompanying Com.X to Thought Bubble Sequential Arts Festival in Leeds in November.  Wherever you get one, remember to come back here and tell us what you think!
